We have over 25 years of experience in the property business. This is a great alternative to Landlords dealing with short term AST’s which may incur voids and maintenance issues.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Ideally the property should be in in Milton Keynes, Watford, London or the Home Counties. They must have a modern kitchen and bathroom with quality accommodation that will want to make guests return.
We will also consider properties that have been well kept and need a light refurbishment and quality furnishings to bring up to an exacting standard to accommodate our corporate and leisure guests.
Our team will work with you to prepare the home to show-home condition for our guests to enjoy and return for future visits.
The process starts with an initial phone call with the Letting Agent to introduce ourselves and outline our services.
We then visit the home to see if the home is suitable for our guests and if so, create a proposal.
If the Landlord is happy with the proposal we will either prepare a company let agreement or sign your prepared agency agreement.
We will prepare the property to show home standard.
The Landlord will receive regular monthly rental payments for the duration of the agreement.
At the end of the contract, the property is given a final deep clean and returned to the owner.
